Just a stroll to the resort private beach, pools, world-class tennis, shopping and dining, this resort retreat's main level offers a large private deck, screened porch, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen and half bathroom. Accessible by spiral staircase, the second floor offers a full hallway bathroom and all three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Lovely property

This rental was perfect for our family of four, but could accommodate more kids. the access to the beach was so simple, as short walk across the busy road but less than 10 minutes. Having laundry in the condo was very convenient. The furniture was comfortable and spacious.

Great location and space

The unit is very roomy and we liked that this was an end unit with no one above or below us which is helpful with kids. The unit was well stocked, clean, and convenient for walking to the pool and restaurants. The only downside was the deck did not have a lot of shade or privacy so we did not use it as much as we did in previous years at other units, but overall it was great. We would book this location again!

3rd times a charm

This was our 3rd time visiting Sea Colony and 1st time staying in this home. The community was great as always between the pools, tram and beach access. The home was very clean and well kept inside. The 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and living area provided plenty of room for a larger family. Only minor issues we had was with the washer/dryer and the entry way to the front door flooding during heavy rain storms but nothing to detract from our stay. We would happily recommend this home to another family.
