The Space:

On Sea Colony's Great Pine Lake and next to the Aquatic Center, this second-floor resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large wraparound screened porch. The loft offers a full bath of its own! Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, three TVs, DVD player, gas fireplace, and WiFi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



THINGS TO KNOW



Guests with allergies should be advised that the homeowner's pet has spent time in the vacation rental.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Week at Sea Colony

The location of the house is perfect. We love having easy access to the main pool, a tram stop at th end of th street and also being a quick walk to the fitness center. The home is nice, though a little more dated than other homes we’ve stayed in. The kitchen has pretty much everything you’ll need, though I wouldn’t plan on cooking anything that requires a lot of chopping since there aren’t many knives. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed it .I would suggest that the parental control on the tv should either be removed or the code left in the book so people can access more channels. The only negative was that we arrived to find the dishwasher broken and it remained that way throughout our entire stay despite many calls to Vacasa. Unfortunately for the family coming in right after us, it is still unusable.

Very disappointed

The dishwasher was not functioning all week…the plumbing was leaking under the kitchen sink until we fixed it…the toilet in the downstairs hallway was loose and not bolted down and upstairs shower did not drain. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves

VERY CLEAN …… but

The AC in the Primary bedroom hardly cools. We had to turn AC WAY down every night. Time to change the air filter. It is SPARCE on amenities….. thank goodness we brought our own hair dryer. No scissors in the kitchen! Not even an extra light bulb. Would recommend owner provide more items so we can help maintain their property. Carpet seemed new and residence was fresh. Also recommend flipping the mattresses…..
