Two outdoor showers add convenience during your beach stay. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, three TVs with streaming capabilities, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. *2 NEW sofas for 2025 will replace the sectional sofa. Things to Know Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
