This 4BR/2BA home features an electric fireplace, 2 living areas, a sunroom, bedroom-window AC units, outdoor shower, expansive backyard, and a separate cottage for added privacy. Stroll to a plethora of local shops and eateries in downtown Dennis Port. This coastal gem is ideal for those seeking a central location for their exploration of the Cape. LIVING AREAS Make hot cocoa and enjoy conversation around the electric fireplace in the main living area, furnished with a love seat, two armchairs, and 32” cable TV with DVD player. Host a game night in the second living area, outfitted with two sofas and a comfy armchair. Sip morning coffee in the well-lit sunroom, furnished with a futon, bench, and four chairs. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, dine together at the wooden table with seating for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS The home and cottage sleep up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is located in the separate cottage in the backyard and features a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bathroom in the cottage is outfitted with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Find ample space for both relaxation in the expansive backyard. Curl up with a favorite book in one of five chairs. Dine alfresco at the patio table with seating for four. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after a trip to the beach. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include beach chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a stereo, and a washer/dryer in the cottage. Although window AC units are installed in the bedrooms, they are rarely needed with Dennis Port’s mild summer weather. THE LOCATION Walk just 3 minutes to Raycroft Beach, or plan a day trip to Provincetown (39 miles), the National Seashore (11 miles), Chatham (10 miles), or Hyannis (10.2 miles). You can also take the local ferry (4 miles) to Nantucket for the day. Rent a bicycle from Dennis Cycle Center (3 miles) and hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail for a picturesque ride through woods, over bridges, and past cranberry bogs. Stroll to a myriad of local eateries and shops, including the waterfront Ocean House Beach Bar (.3 miles) and Sundae School Ice Cream (.5 miles).

Ideal Cape Cod stay

The house is close to a couple of beaches as well as restaurants, shops, and Sundae School. The house itself is clean and easily accommodated all eight of us. We took advantage of the gas grill and beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property!

I just spent a week at this great cottage with family and friends. The house was amazing and very accommodating with the extra cottage outback. It’s in within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely book my stay next year at this great cottage

Very cozy place, nice relaxing house, very short walk to the beach, overall good experience, the only thing, the little AC units in the bedrooms are very loud, need to be updated.

Quiet and Comfortable Cape Cod Getaway

Comfortable house stocked with everything needed for a great vacation. You can see the ocean when you step into the street in front of the house. The 4th bedroom in the cottage was perfect for a member of our group who required a bit of solitary space to work. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this rental.

Great beach cottage in a terrific neighborhood

We love the home in the location… It was very comfortable in rustic. The listed price was only half of what we actually ended up paying, so that seemed a little sneaky.

Beautiful

The home was gorgeous and was the perfect size for modest entertaining, without being too large. The location is excellent: close to beaches, casual and fine dining, coffee shops, retail, and more. They are very firm about the 3 car maximum/no street parking. Overall, would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Uncomfortable beds

We could take a quick walk to the quiet beach or take a bike ride to bigger beaches. The house was comfortable and we definitely used the gas fireplace on those extra chilly nights. The shower in the main house is not great but everything else was in good working order. The house was very clean when we arrived but the floor was still very wet from washing. We definitely would come back and stay.

Comfort and Convenience on the Cape!

Just home from a short stay at this lovely, spacious, well-appointed and awesomely convenient cape house and can't wait to book for a full week next summer! Family loved it - we can't cover all the pluses, but besides great amenities/short walk to the beach, ice cream, great take-out/in a beautiful neighborhood, it was such a pleasure to stay at this well-loved, beautifully maintained perfectly arranged home with every convenience. Though no central air, each bedroom had window ac, which we did not need (plenty of natural cross ventilation). The deck was a particular favorite - private and well-designed (like everything about the home). My 5 yr old grandson's parting words were "I want to stay at our beach house!" He's not the only one!

Great Cape Cod Cottage

This Cape Cod Cottage looks exactly like photos. Very neat and clean. Charming cottage decor with updated and very clean bathroom and kitchen. We didn't cook during our two night stay, but kitchen seemed to be well stocked for cooking. There was also a grill outside on the side porch. The separate building with 4th bedroom was a bit musty, but we only went in there to start towels in washer. Having beach chairs on site was a nice bonus and gave us more room in cars. There are many books to sit back with on site as well as board games to play. (I won Yahtzee). The beach is only a couple of minutes to walk to. It's a small beach with stairs to access. There are bench seats up top to sit and take in the ocean if don't want to do stairs. Dogs welcome on beach in town after labor day. The email/text communication was fantastic.
