Don't worry about the heat, as there are new ductless mini-split air-conditioning units in the common areas and all three bedrooms. What's nearby: This home is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Oak Bluffs, just over half a mile west of the ferry terminal. You'll be within easy walking distance of great restaurants, a market, coffee shops, incredible seafood, and the historic Flying Horses Carousel. The home is also only three-quarters of a mile from Inkwell Beach, Oak Bluffs Town Beach, Ocean Park, and the marina. Things to know:
