Quintessential Martha's Vineyard cottage with yard/patio - walk to Inkwell Beach
Summary:
The Pinkletink
The Space:
Full of classic island charm and beautiful views of the surrounding brush and wetlands, this authentic Oak Bluffs cottage offers the quintessential Martha's Vineyard experience. Walk or ride your bikes into town and to Inkwell Beach, and be greeted back at home by a serene setting you won't find anywhere else. Named for the island's tiny frogs that mark the arrival of spring, The Pinkletink sits on a quiet, one-way street that backs up to protected wetlands. Take in views of nesting birds and native vegetation as you sip your coffee in the mornings, before getting ready to walk less than half a mile to Inkwell Beach. Also within a one-mile stroll are the ferry terminal, the Flying Horses Carousel, the shops and restaurants of Circuit Avenue, and a number of lovely town parks. Come home from a day at the beach to unwind in the backyard, relax with a good book and a cold drink, and light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue. There's even an outdoor table and chairs, so you can dine in the fresh ocean air as the sun begins to set. The interior is incredibly atmospheric, with richly hued wood paneling adorning the walls. Yet the space is also newly furnished and thoughtfully renovated, with the kitchen offering a new refrigerator, a new sink, new flooring, and new quartz countertops. Enjoy a living room with a smart TV, an air-conditioned sun porch where you can play board games by the window, and complimentary WiFi throughout the cottage. Quaint Location for a Fun Visit
The Pinkletink was a quaint home for a wonderful visit to Martha's Vinyard. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a nice walk from both the beach and the town of Oak Bluffs. Perfect location for a couple wanting to visit Martha's Vinyard and enjoy the island.

Cute little place
It’s nice, cozy, small unit all to yourself including backyard with table to sit and enjoy breakfast, dinner, drinks.
There is room A.C and fans in other rooms, so can get hot at summer night but it was perfect for us with rain and enjoyed sitting in the dining room with windows to enjoy.
Classic Martha’s Vineyard beach bungalow with some extra comforts. This place was perfect for my partner and I who appreciate simplicity and classic style. The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs. It’s also very close to the historic cottage village and we loved taking evening strolls around the area. I recommend the house to couples who want a quiet retreat and a peaceful little headquarters.

Excellent little home away from home.
We loved every bit of the house! Everything was perfect. Only problem was the cleaning lady’s came in at 10:02 while we were getting dressed to leave and they didn’t give stop coming in saying they didn’t understand English while we frantically tried to put our clothes on. They were very rude and we rushed so fast to get out we left a jacket. Other than that. The house itself is beautiful and will definitely look to rent it again!
