Vacation Apartment 16 - Früchtenicht Vacation Rentals

The holiday rental is located in a building newly constructed in 2007 at Wasserstraße 13; the entrance is at Wasserstraße 12. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms—one with two single beds facing the street (cobblestone) and one with a queen-size bed (140 cm) facing the courtyard, a living room, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace right next to the city wall.

Our holiday apartments (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the immediate vicinity. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the specific unit. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our holiday apartments, you are welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The holiday apartments on Langenstraße offer freezers for anglers and a filleting station; a fishing shop is about 100 m away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby car parks (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking metre/ticket shop/select days), you can leave the car park and re-enter as often as you like on the days you’ve paid for.

Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89–92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1–2) car parks.
