By the Beach enjoys an amazing beach location, with eight large bedrooms, a loft, five full baths, a newly renovated kitchen, and three stories of amazing views of sunny Sandbridge Beach. You'll love challenging friends to games of pool and foosball in the game room. Take a refreshing dip in the big sparkling pool, grill some surf and turf on the gas grill, or take a few steps and hit the beach! The sunroom is a wonderful spot for a good read in the evenings, with an expansive wrap around Trex deck for great ocean and bay views. The spacious family room, with its dramatic cathedral ceilings, 60-inch TV, and panoramic views of the ocean, is filled with natural light, bringing the beachy feel of Sandbridge Island right inside. This home has 4,000 square feet of space, and there is more than enough room and fun things to do to make your family vacation comfortable and an experience to remember. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
