You’ll be staying in a high-end, 3-bedroom townhouse spread over three levels, accommodating up to 6 people. The timber-frame construction, featuring exposed beams and an open roof structure, gives the house an exceptional atmosphere—both inside and out—that’s full of cosiness. The bedroom windows have shutters, and the front entrance features a beautiful canopy. High-speed Internet access via DSL and a Wi-Fi router is available throughout the house. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with LCD TVs and DVD players (the living room also has a Blu-ray player). The cable connection provides a wide variety of TV and radio channels in HD or digital quality. CDs and cassettes can also be played on the hi-fi system in the living room.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed; one bedroom also features a loft with two single beds. All beds have high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames.
The bright kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to the naturally lit bathroom with plenty of storage space and a place to store toiletries, there is an additional bathroom with a sink.
You also have access to the cool basement room with shelves for storing food and drinks. The partially covered terrace, which is not visible from the street, offers a breathtaking view of the Black Forest—on clear days, all the way to the Feldberg. Pets are allowed, but for the comfort of all guests, they should not be allowed on the bed or the couch.
Please bring all the supplies you need to care for your pet. Also, in the interest of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house; however, there is an ashtray on the terrace, and the fresh mountain air offers a double pleasure.



The Öfingen holiday village is situated in a magnificent location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful panoramic view across the Baar Plateau—located about 600-900 metres above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 holiday homes, ranging in size from approximately 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. All holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
