Excessive cleaning fee of $100 will be held from deposit if necessary.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, orderly, and well equipped. The master bedroom closet doors were off track when we arrived (not a huge deal), but otherwise everything functioned as it should and felt like home away from home. I overlooked some of the posted info in the condo, but host was very responsive to my questions and I truly appreciated this.

We really enjoyed it. I felt like we were a little misled about how far the beach was. We have little ones and crossing the street was challenging. Everything else was amazing!

Our VRBO listing says a 2 min walk to the beach with a private beach access. The next availabe beach access is public and half a mile away.

Location was great. Property was older but decent. As many units as there are, a larger Pool would be very nice. I feel as much as the cleaning fee is, the renters still have quite a bit they have to do before leaving. I think that should be reconsidered. Enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Our checkout list is in line with most units in our comlex. Taking out the trash, leaving the dishwasher empty, placing wet towels in the tub isnt alot to ask. This helps the housekeepers get the unit cleaned in a timely manner so guest who want to arrive early, such as yourself can enter with a cleaned unit.

Room was clean and comfortable; however ice maker didn't work. It is across the road from beach with designated beach access.it is in a convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Ice maker works - handle left up in between rentals so it doesn‘t make too much ice in between renters. Handle needs to be lowered to make more ice.

The listing was worded to make you think there were actual beds not roll out twins and the floor was dirty enough to turn the bottom of our socks white. Other than that was a decent place to lay our heads down at night

Our VRBO listing says twin rollway beds. If the floor was dirty, and I think you meant to say turned your socks black, then you should have contacted me and I could have had housekeeping come back out.

We expected one room to have a queen and two twins as listed but the twin beds are rollout beds with no where to put them. It wasn’t as clean as we would’ve expected and the beach was definitely more than a 1 minute walk. You have to cross the street.

Our VRBO list the 2 twin beds are rollaways, noted in the dea, and theres plenty of room for twin beds to be placed at the foot of each bed or in the living room area. If the unit wasnt clean to your liking, you could have contacted us and we would have addressed all issues.
