This was a nice little cottage perfect for just me and my husband. It says it can fix 6, and that is true, but I think it would feel a little tight but if you are basically just sleeping there and spending the day at the beach, it's just fine. The location is fantastic to shops, restaurants and beach, and the bike paths. My husband and I walked down to the beach each day.Would rent again.

Good stay at this property. Plenty of space. Quiet neighbors. Air conditioning was phenomenal during days over 100 degrees. Beds and bathrooms had linens and towels. House was clean. When we arrived the kitchen had an ant issue that we made sure to inform management company about. Appreciated the location which was central to roads that let you explore the coast.

We loved the overall experience. If you need to remote work, it has it. You want to exercise, it has a gym area downstairs. The best part for us was the porch - hanging out watching tv at night.

Cute little spot. Close to everything in Rehoboth and Dewey. Twin over full bunk beds. 2 queen beds- one firm mattress, one a bit softer. All comfortable. The Florida room off the back of the house was our favorite spot with the rocking glider and table. The door shuts to the main house so you have two separate spaces if desired. Maybe a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. Less than a 10 minute drive to Dewey beaches and restaurants. There were a few ants around the kitchen when we arrived and through our stay but we just sprayed and wiped everything down. The back yard is a nice space but we were unable to use the carport sitting area at night due to the amount of bird droppings- that you could choose to hose and clean off, but I did not. All in all this is a great little spot in a very convenient location that fit the needs of my family. I would stay here again.
