This house was the perfect layout. Three bedrooms on the top/main level and in addition a sofa bed couch. The main level could sleep 7 people. The lower (entry level) contains its own full bathroom, laundry room and 2 pull out couches, which could add 4 more people. (A total of 11 people). Amazing neighborhood. Very walkable, quiet and great neighbors. About a 10 minute bike ride to the boardwalk, 3 minute car ride to the boardwalk. (If you’re driving get the app to pay for parking). I liked the house so much I offered to purchase it if/when the owners would be interested. Such a great layout !Plenty of bath towels and washcloths available and soaps for dishwashing, laundry, bathing, etc. Host was pleasant and very responsive. 10/10 would book this house again.

Perfect beach house in a canal-front community

The house was perfect for our little family + dog: a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of living space to spread out, excellent air conditioning, parking, the local parking permit was a nice touch, and a nice neighborhood for dog + stroller walks.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the house was not clean and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We found multiple cleaning issues throughout the property, and we also encountered insects, which made us uncomfortable staying there with our family. Although we reported the problems immediately, the resolution offered was not satisfactory. We expected a clean and well-maintained home based on the listing, but that was not our experience. I hope the host addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
