This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms—each with a standing fan (three also have ceiling fans with lights)—and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests.

The owner lives in an apartment on the ground floor. Both properties have independent entrances, ensuring guests’ privacy and autonomy.
