Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.Das Haus hat zwei Etagen: Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer,im Erdgeschoss ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche.

Mal wieder ein toller Aufenthalt

Das Wetter war prima, das Meer schön warm 28 grad, der Strand voll, aber auf unserer Höhe vom Haus hielt es sich in Grenzen. Im Vergleich zum Mai,da waren wir schon mal da, viel voller,aber wir haben Trotzdem immer einen Parkplatz bekommen.. Im August gibt's einen Obsthändler in der Nähe den es im Mai nicht gibt. Es gibt nicht mehr so viel zum schreiben, da in den vorherigen Bewertungen schon alles beschrieben worden ist. Das stimmt so alles. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. ,

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Follonica und haben uns im diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vor Ort was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat immer super geklappt

Abbiamo trovato la villetta molto pulita e ben fornita a due passi dal mare. Il parcheggio non è un problema perché la via è residenziale. L’host non conosce l’italiano ma se non si conosce l’inglese con un buon traduttore si può rimediare. Host disponibile e attento.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gründlich gereinigt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, der Zug hat uns nicht gestört, wie manch andere hier beschreiben. Es ist also Ansichtssache. Wir waren in 8 min zu Fuß beim Caribian zum Pizza essen, sehr zu empfehlen und da hat’s auch ne super Eisdiele, auch gibts dort Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück. Es sind wirklich nur 2 min zum Strand, der für Familien mit groß und mit klein Kindern sehr zu empfehlen ist. Der nächste Einkaufsladen „ Conard“, der Bäcker , ein Fischerladen, und eine Pasticeria sind 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Auto natürlich nur noch 4 min. Es gibt tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung, und vom 1.sept. bis Anfang Juni dürfen auch die Hunde mit an den Strand. In Follonica dürfen die Hunde in der Hauptsaison nicht mit an den Strand, es sei denn ihr geht an den Hundestrand. Der ist zu Fuß allerdings zu weit weg. Wir waren die letzten 2 Mai Wochen, dafür war das Meer erstaunlich warm, und wir konnten 14 Tage lang an den Strand. Er eignet sich super zum schnorcheln. Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Eck war sehr freundlich, supe schnell , und er hat uns alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder kommen . Lg

Follonica Strandurlaub

Wie bei den vorherigen Urlauben in diesem Ferienhaus war alles sehr schön Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Platz. Der Strand ist noch nicht mal 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Eisdiele und Pizzeria sind um die Ecke. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war neu und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Die Lage war absolut top, zum Strand waren es gerade mal 5 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme. Bei Ankunft hatten wir das Pech, dass in der ganzen Straße kurzzeitig das Wasser ausgefallen. Nachdem wir das dem Vermieter mitgeteilt haben, hat dieser direkt reagiert und uns als Entschädigung zum Eis eingeladen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe

Die ausreichend große Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was erforderlich ist. Insbesondere die Küche ist komplett. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Sehr gerne haben wir die Terrasse im Garten genutzt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nur 200 m lang. Das Bad ist groß genug, alle Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet. In einiger Entfernung verläuft eine Bahnlinie, die Züge sind zu hören. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und können das Ferienhaus empfehlen.

Unvergessliche 3 Wochen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Küche ist neu und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Veranda ist perfekt, um im Freien zu essen. Der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Wochen in Follonica verbracht. Vielen Dank Herr Eck. Familie Guido

Urlaub war OK

Lautstärke mehr als gedacht, Zuglärm, bellende Hunde überwiegend nachts. Sehr warm kaum Durchzug möglich. Keller roch miefig dadurch auch leider die ganze Wohnung. Ausstattung war gut ausreichend Platz für 4-köpfige Familie. Strand war in 2min zu Fuß erreichbar und für Kinder super. Gute Restaurants fußläufig 5min.

Gastfreundlich und strandnah

Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Entfernung zum Strand, 3 Min. zur Fuß, ist natürlich unschlagbar. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war vorbildlich und sehr gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Follonica per famiglie

Casa ampia e posizionata nella zona più calma di Pratoranieri - Follonica. Mare e ristoranti sono davvero vicini ma anche gli spazi esterni della casa invitano a cenare in giardino. Il proprietario parla solo tedesco ma con un po’ di pazienza ed un traduttore automatico, tutto è andato benissimo! Speriamo di ritornare!

Breve vacanza a Follonica

La casa è molto funzionale, grande e comoda. Il doppio giardino da la possibilità di godersi il fresco la sera. Il tavolo nel giardino posteriore è sempre all'ombra ed è quindi molto comodo per mangiare fuori. La zona intorno è carina ma non ci sono negozi. Anche per la spesa alimentare è necessario utilizzare la macchina.

Ottima posizione per chi cerca un posticino lontano dal centro ( ma non troppo) e al tempo stesso a due passi da un mare meraviglioso. Non dimenticare le biciclette che servono per muoversi in una zona dove il parcheggio e` raro... treno e strada possono disturbare se si lascia le finestre aperte per dormire.

Sehr angenehmes Haus

Sehr angenehmes kleines Haus, praktisch, unweit vom Strand und Restaurants. Schöne helle Zimmer und schattige Terrasse. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert prompt falls notwendig. Das Haus hat aber leider kein Welan-Wifi, obwohl es heutzutage zur Grundausstattung gehören sollte. Come da descrizione, casa comoda tutto il necessario non lontano dal mare, un punto negativo il WiFi necessario in quanto non tutti i ristoranti ce l'hanno e per chi deve lavorare anche durante le vacanze diventa complicato. Wir würden ohne Weiteres wiederkommen und werden gerne Ihr Haus in Follonica weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt🌞

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Follonica! Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt - die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber laut Vermieter dieses Jahr erneuert. Die Nähe zum Strand war einfach genial!!! Man muss aber wissen, dass nahezu direkt dahinter die Bahnlinie verläuft und auch einige Straßen - man hat also nicht die totale Stille (wir brauchen es eher ruhig in der Nacht, daher konnten wir leider nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen) - tagsüber hat es uns nicht gestört, da war jeder Zug das Highlight für unseren 2jährigen Sohn^^ Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit super schneller Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - vielen Dank:)!

Anders kann man den Aufenthalt nicht beschreiben... Das Haus ist wunderschön direkt am Strand und zentral zu sehr vielen schönen Orten . Der Markt is ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber einwandfrei ..die Reaktionszeit sind maximal fünf Minuten kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich kann wirklich nichts negatives berichten, zur Optimierung würde ich einen WLAN Anschluss vorschlagen ansonsten war alles wunderbar

Urlaub vom 08.06. - 15.06.2019

Nun sind wir schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus und nach wie vor zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, nah am Meer (weniger wie 200m Entfernt) und es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Immer wieder gern!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war wie beschrieben sehr nah am Strand. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir fast immer direkt vor der Haustür gefunden. Auch bei Problemen (durch uns verursacht) war Wolfgang erreichbar und hat uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen! Auch unseren Hund konnten wir problemlos mitnehmen. Wir würden Immer wieder buchen.

Traumurlaub in bester Lage

Ein Urlaub wie man sich es vorstellt. Alles vorhanden was man für einen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand war der Hauptgrund, warum wir uns für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden haben. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir überlegen uns wieder zu kommen. Was sehr von Vorteil war, dass wir die Schlüssel vor dem Urlaub schon hatten, und somit Anreisen konnten wann wir wollten.
