This 2-room apartment on the 4th floor, furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality furnishings, is equipped for 2 people. From the southeast-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the cosy living and dining area. The comfortable bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a view of the Baltic Sea—wake up to the sight of the sea! The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, with no need to cross any streets. The parking space in the car park is accessible only via stairs, but a side entrance leads to the lift for ground-level loading and unloading.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
