In our 3-room apartment—freshly renovated and newly furnished as of April 2023—you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation:

The living room invites you to unwind with a large, cozy corner sofa that converts into a bed (120 x 200 cm). You can enjoy a cozy meal at the dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a blender.

The bathroom has a shower.

The bedroom has two separate single beds (each 90 x 190 cm; cannot be pushed together). The other bedroom features a loft bed (maximum weight 50 kg) and a corner single bed (each 90 x 190 cm).
Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV, a stereo system, and a collection of games.

On the 15-square-meter, sheltered, and partially covered southeast-facing balcony with an awning, you can enjoy the magnificent ocean view across Lübeck Bay all the way to Travemünde. A large table with 4 chairs and a lounge chair await you.
You can reach the beach in just about a 3-minute walk without having to cross any streets. There, from approximately 01.05.2024 to 15.09.2024, a personal beach chair awaits you for relaxation.

You can store your 3–4 bicycles in your own locked basement storage room.

One parking space is included.
In the laundry room, several washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.

During the season, you can walk to buy your breakfast rolls. You’ll find a variety of supermarkets and restaurants in Neustadt, about 4 km away.
Hansa-Park, the Panoramic swimming pool, and a bowling alley are just a few minutes’ walk away. A surf shop and a bike rental shop are also nearby. A beach bar on the beach invites you to relax.

This vacation rental is not available for youth groups.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, you can still use the balconies during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread roll kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
