Welcome to the 2-room, non-smoking holiday apartment No. 356,

. The apartment is located on the 10th floor and features a balcony facing southeast with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea across Lübeck Bay. The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 1.9 m x 0.9 m). There is an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette opens onto the living and dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa (1.2 m x 1.8 m)

Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

Wi-Fi is not provided.


Facilities:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.

From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.

The holiday complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer. The machines can be used for a fee

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist und sehr schön, wenn auch an einigen Stellen etwas älter. Der Blick ist genial! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass man bei schweren Koffern kein Tansportmittel zur Wohnung hat. Wir mussten alles über einen grossen Parkplatz zum Haus tragen. Das bedarf einer Änderung. Das Team vor Ort ist supernett. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Obwohl eine große Anlage, doch sehr ruhig!

Toller Ausblick, sowohl vom Balkon als auch vom Esstisch. Appartment komplett eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Unten gibt es einen kleinen Laden für Brötchen und ein paar andere Sachen, sowie einen Strand-Imbiss, ein Restaurant und eine Strand-Bar. Von der Tiefgarage muss man eine Treppe hoch nach draußen zur Haustüre und Fahrstuhl. Hat uns gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.
