Welcome to Kai Mau Loa, which means never ending ocean in Hawaiian. Thats the feeling you get when you look out at the sea from the home. This is a completely recently remodeled 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home on the North Shore of Oahu. We built this as our forever home but an opportunity arouse and now we are offering to you. No stone was left unturned when remodeling this house. We chose Fleetwood sliding glass doors to provide easy access to the beach or deck and allow for natural ocean breeze. The large living room windows create a seamless connection between the indoors and the natural beauty outside, inviting you to relax and soak in the tranquility of coastal living. Brazilian hard wood floors grace the entire house. Decks and outdoor shower also built with the same material to ensure beauty and longevity. The fully equipped kitchen features luxurious modern appliances with all the tools you need to prepare meals with ease. The kitchen stove is angled so that even the chef can enjoy ocean views and keep an eye on kiddos in either direction. The open concept design creates an inviting atmosphere, where natural light flows freely through large windows, illuminating the chic furnishings and modern decor. Whether you're preparing a meal, enjoying a casual breakfast, or unwinding after a day of exploration, this space fosters connection and creates lasting memories with family and friends.

Directly adjacent to living room Pua Lani Master bedroom: Sleeps 2, Queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, ceiling fan, air-conditioned, attached full size bath, large dresser, full sized mirror, closet space. located at the end of the hallway. Kai Ala bedroom: Sleeps 2, twin trundle bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, ocean breeze, closet space and dresser. Makai Moana bedroom: Sleeps 2, two twin beds, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, closet space and dresser, majestic ocean views.
Just steps from the your background you will find yourself on a secluded strip of beachfront known for it breath taking sunsets and endless ocean activities. Our house is situated right in front of a large ocean channel that makes all ocean activities easily accessible, such as surfing, foiling, stand up paddling, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and much more.

House rules Only registered guests are allowed on the property; no parties or unapproved visitors. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and animals are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway, with additional vehicles parked on the street, and guests must respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 9 AM in this close-knit neighborhood. Please remove shoes and rinse off all sand before entering using the outdoor shower, keep the home clean, take out trash daily if it contains food, and keep doors and windows closed when using AC, turning it off when leaving. Only toilet paper may be flushed, and guests are responsible for any plumbing issues or damage caused. Furniture should not be moved, spills should be cleaned promptly, and care should be taken to avoid damage to floors or the home. No candles or open flames are allowed indoors, though the BBQ may be used responsibly. Guests acknowledge typical island conditions, including changing weather or ocean conditions, and use of the property and any provided beach gear is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning (including sand), or rule violations, and no refunds will be provided for weather, power outages, or other natural events. By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules and ensure their group does the same.
