It's a great size and cute, but with no air and on a busy road it wasn't quiet at all with the windows open. Keurig had missing pieces so I couldn't have my coffee in the morning which was a disappointment for a coffee lover. Also, there were ants in the bathroom which wasn't nice to see. And a big eye sore was the grass was not cut! It was a good 3 inches long. I'd recommend cutting it before guests come to stay.

Everything was great except one thing, communication. I attempted to add a night to our stay before our arrival. VRBO would only allow me to send messages to Vacasa. I asked how to pay and got no response for several days. When I called I was told someone else had already booked the night despite me being ready to pay and having a message back and forth. Otherwise we came, we saw, we conquered.

The house is in a wonderful location and made a great home base for our trip. That said, there were a few details that could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience. We noticed some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly—particularly under the furniture and around the shower vent. The dryer seemed like it could use a little maintenance, and there were towels left inside, along with dishes in the dishwasher, which isn’t something we’ve experienced at other VRBOs.The master bed was quite firm and squeaky, which made it a bit difficult to get comfortable, and the other beds were also on the firmer side. The dresser drawers in the smaller bedroom were a little hard to open. Also a bbq grill would be amazing.With a bit more attention to cleanliness and a few updates between guests, this property has great potential to be an even more enjoyable stay.
