Host was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Great location for getting to Jericho Beach. Very functional with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean.

The home was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Access to the property was easy, with plenty of room to spread out. The property was clean upon arrival. The neighborhood had lots of fun restaurants to choose from (walking and / or driving). Lots of fun activities as well. Definitely 5 stars. Paul was a great host and was always prompt with responses.

Fairly good location with safe street parking in a nice neighborhood. Host let us store our bicycles in the private garage overnight which was very much appreciated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom facilities were also nice and highly functional. We left the rental in very good condition and even carried out our own limited trash. All that said, I wouldn’t categorize the accommodations as ‘prestigious’ (that is a bit of a stretch for a basement apartment), but we had a comfortable night’s stay.

Check in was smooth. The whole property is well maintained and clean with all the required necessities. We stayed there for five days and stay was comfortable. Host / Manager is quick to respond. I had to ask for sugar and it was with us in less than 10 minutes. Overall a good place to stay. May visit again.
