Skaneateles is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two queen beds and two bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms featuring refreshing showers, everyone can enjoy their own space. The living room has a stone gas fire place. There is an outdoor fire pit available for campfires. The house feels welcoming and offers a terrific blend of comfort and convenience.

Lake: You will have private lake access for swimming and boating. There is multiple Adirondack chairs on the deck and dock for your use. There is a short set of stairs into the water from the lower deck. Boats can be moored at your own risk.

Other things to note
There is a steep, gravel road to get to the property. The property features a set of steep stairs down to the water from the upper deck with hand rails.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat next to water so clear you would think you were dreaming, look no further. This brand new 3 level home on Skaneateles Lake checks a lot of boxes. Clean, quiet, nature galore, lake front, morning coffee watching the robins, listening to the waves. Our family of 4 escaped SWFL heat and traded in for this beautiful home, when most people travel to Florida, we will travel here. This house has plenty of seating inside and out, two Weber propane grills, and contacting the host is a breeze. The Tracy’s family is lovely. Come stay at their lake house!!

We are live long residents of Skaneateles, NY. We are so happy to be able to share our home with you. At one time, my grandfather, John Tracy owned all of the land that eventually became Fire Lane 21B. The Tracy family has built a number of homes throughout Skaneateles. We love hosting as we get to share this peaceful home on a beautiful lake with guests from all over.

Why they chose this property

Although we live and have lived in Skaneateles we decided to build a dream lake house on property that has been in my family for my entire life. Even during the busy summer months, this is a quiet camp road where you will find yourself relaxing over looking the beautiful lake.

What makes this property unique

This is a brand new lake house. You will have ample space inside this residence and multiple locations outside. The upper deck over looking the lake features a fire place off to the side with plenty of seating to enjoy the view. There is a set of stairs off to the right side that will take you to the lower deck/water.
