Die Aussicht auf den See war schön. Die Wohnung mit steiler Stiege und wackeligem Handgeleit, Dusche funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, Bad eng und für 10 Tage nur jeweils ein Handtuch, kalt im Mai und am Anfang keine Heizung, später Heizlüfter. Wir können die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung in ihrer ruhigen Lage stimmt exakt. Für den 50 m langen Transport des Gepäcks bis in die Wohnung ist etwas Kondition erforderlich. Die Küche ist vorbildlich ausgestattet. WLAN war nicht angeboten. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man rasch zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, aber auch gut zu jedem Punkt in Schwerin.

Lage, Preis/Leistung und Ruhe sehr gut.In 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.Gute Küchenausstattung, steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vielen Dank für die 4 Sterne, obwohl 5 in Aussicht gestellt wurden für die vielen verlangten Extras. Wenn ich die Bemängelung der beiden gesetzten Akademikerinnen im Nachhinein richtig verstanden habe, war wegen einiger Mücken (trotz extra montiertem Mückennetz) und der in der Nachbarschaft lebenden wilden Tiere wie Waschbären, Rehe und Eichhörnchen, der Ärger groß. Dafür kann ich nur nochmals um Nachsicht bitten. Es ist eben ein Haus, das im Außenbereich in Alleinlage am See und mitten in der Natur liegt. Es ist kein 5*-Hotel mit Zimmersevice, wie schon bei der Buchungsbestätigung geschrieben. Bei der günstigen Zimmerrate ist der wohl erwartete Luxus nicht machbar.
