21st Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TV's.

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Family at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at PCB with My wife and I (Grandpa and Grandma) our son, daughter-in law, and three grandsons. We have stayed in these units through ECDI in the past and could not be happier with our experience. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. The pools and beach are just the best. Check in procedure is a breeze.

The unit was nice, but the cabinets were shaky and the pantry knob fell off right when we got there. Overall was a nice experience. The view was amazing and the appliances all worked. Pools were clean, beach is nice, and the on site amenities are helpful. Only complaint is how far the parking garage is from the rest of the facilities. It’s all connected but still a very long walk and cumbersome.

There are pros and cons. I liked the white bed, very comfortable mattresses, white towels, all the necessary dishes, I really liked the view. The room has all the amenities, beach chairs, an umbrella, children's toys and a stroller to carry it all, BUT the cleanliness is in very poor condition, the sofas are dirty, and the decorative pillows smelled bad and they need to be cleaned, the carpets on the floor are very dirty, the toilet brushes in the bathrooms are in an unsanitary condition, since I had small children, I bought detergents and washed everything, the kitchen was also sticky from grease, so I washed it too, there was mold in the shower, which I almost washed, the floor stuck to my feet, I also washed it several times, if you are staying with children, then the cleaning should be more thorough, because children cannot walk in shoes, they walk barefoot. You charge 250 for cleaning, but it doesn't meet your requirements, all the hoods are dirty. I liked everything except the cleanliness. Probably because I'm demanding of a clean house.

The check in process was super easy. The condo was absolutely stunning and had everything our family needed for the week. The king bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! We are so glad we chose this place to make so many great memories with our children.
