Rave is located in a prime location in Cape Coral, close to a cul-de-sac.** The Marina at Tarpon Point (Shops, Restaurants on the water) and the Rose Garden are only about three minutes away by car.** Jogging and walking are some of the preferred activities in this neighborhood.

Rave is located on the lake and features a huge private boat dock (owner`s boat on the lift).** There is direct and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, even to beaches inaccessible by car.

The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and great views of the pool and lake.** The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom which is also tiled and features a shower tub.** The third bathroom is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the pool area and the living room.** Pool is heated electrically and by solar.

The house has TWO tv`s: living room and main bedroom!

Amazing home on the lake!

This house is amazing! The pool was so fun and my whole family enjoyed it! House was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely go back! Well worth the money and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing! Book this house!

Nice Relaxing Visit

Beautiful home, nice patio and pool, easy check in and responsive consultant and owner. We only had an issue with a blown light bulb and slow draining of the guest bathroom which was offered to be taken care of immediately during our stay or after it was our choice. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Already checking out other properties by the same company!

Relax and re-energize

Hello Lars, We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and spacious home. Easy to get to most of what you need. Quiet neighborhood streets for morning walks to the park nearby. The golf courses nearby allowed us to play golf without hassle. Restaurants were casual and the need for anything more was a reasonable drive to Ft. Meyers or Naples. This home allowed for great relaxation when we returned after our daily activities.

Hallo Lars, vielen Dank für die nette Betreuung vor Ort und die Hinweise vor der Abreise. Wir haben uns bei Ankunft gefreut so ein schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus vorzufinden. Es wurde super sauber übergeben und bei kleinen Problemen wurde unverzüglich geholfen. Rundum ein schönes Haus, Ostlage war kein Problem, dafür gibt es einen schönen Sonnenaufgang zu sehen.
