In der Wohnung Bene hört man sehr stark die da drüber liegende Wohnung. Sei es der Gang der Leute oder das Stühle rücken. Das ist einfach zu laut. Auch der Straßenverkehr und damit verbundene Lärm ist nicht zu untersschätzen. Ohne Fahrrad ist man dort hinten schon weit ab vom Schuss.
