Welcome to this fabulous house in Los Angeles. Guests will enjoy two nice bathrooms, each equipped with a bidet and a hair dryer for added comfort. The house features heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Private home, beautiful backyard, fully furnished, one of the bedroom has CA king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both bedrooms are suite with their own bathroom and full shower with tubs, and the third guest bathroom located in the living room.
Dining table set of 8, reclining couch for living room, with a full couch and a loveseat.
Full kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, Fully automatic espresso machine, toaster, blender, and all kitchen necessities. Two car parking spots, front yard which is gated, with gate opener which will be provided.
My house was built 13 years ago, fairly new construction.
My house is 2100 Square feet.
