Entire cabin duplex one block from ski lifts, bike path, and hiking.

This is a cozy two unit family cabin .2 miles from Alyeska resort ski lifts, summer hiking trails and the bike path. It is walkable to local restaurants and shops. It has a cozy feel and includes a three bedroom, four bed unit upstairs with a full kitchen and bath, and a two bedroom unit downstairs with a full kitchen and bath. The units have separate entrances, the backyard is fenced for pets in the summer months, and there is plentiful parking in the driveway.

The upstairs unit is accessible up a set of stairs. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has two full beds. There is a full bathroom and kitchen, and a nice deck with chairs. There is an available baby gate for the stairs, and a crib and high chair. All of the photos are for the upstairs unit. Photos for the downstairs unit will be available in May, but it has the same feel and style as the upstairs unit.

The downstairs has a kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a full bed. Extra soundproofing helps keep noise levels between floors down.

While the posting is for ten adults, we welcome children - please just let us know.

In the summer, when mud season is over, we will allow dogs as long as they are house trained and will not damage any property. The pet fee is $75. We will clean well in between guests and have periodic carpet cleaning. But folks should know the cabin does have dogs stay sometimes. There is a fully fenced back yard.
