Top Lage und schön ruhig

200 Meter vom Zentrum, 300 Meter von der Seebrücke und nach hinten freies Feld. Super ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Sauber und modern, perfekt. 2 Balkons sind auch klasse. 3 Stock ohne Aufzug für uns perfekt wegen der Aussicht, aber wer nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist….. anspruchsvoll.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Einrichtung, funktional, bis auf die Lampe an der Decke über dem Herd. Man muss mind. 165 cm groß sein, um sie bedienen zu können.
