Disappointed! Upon entering the 3rd floor from the elevator there was a terrible smell of mildew and Marijuana that was overwhelming. When we came to our unit it was wide opened which gave us concerns about the security. The AC did not work; the TV initially did not work which we eventually figured out was a faulty power strip needed to reach the TV to an outlet. The curtains were hanging off their clips and did not slide open and closed. They needed to be moved manually. There was no patio furniture. The towel rack in the bathroom fell completely apart and off the wall when we tried to hang a towel. There was a pervious tenants clothing left in a shelving unit. We had to contact the host to get the internet password. Although the kitchen was nice and had the appliances as listed there we no kitchen utensils such as a spatula, whisk, large spoons etc. There was only silverware, plates, cups, bowls and a pan set. There were no cooking sheets or any pans to use for baking/cooking in the oven. There were no kitchen towels or wash clothes. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. We contacted the host about the kitchen utensils because we enjoy cooking in rather than eating out and he overnighted a whisk set, a can opener and kitchen towels. Pretty difficult to cook breakfasts without a spatula. We bought our own ice trays. Fortunately, we are outdoor people so tried not to spend much time inside. The view was spectacular.
