Our Place on Ridge Peaceful, rustic cabin in Duck Creek

Less than a 40 minute drive to Brianhead Resort.
Take it easy at this rustic, unique 70's cabin. One of the 1st cabins built in the original Duck Creek loop. This gem is fully stocked with all the amenities of home.
Great outdoor space to relax or cook around a campfire. Located near many highlights of Southern Utah's scenic landscape; national parks, hikes, lakes, fishing, mountain views & over 100 miles of ATV & walking trails.
Includes firewood.
Pets welcome w/ additional $50 cleaning fee.
Winter Travel: From November to April a 4x4 vehicle or all-wheel drive with chains is mandatory. Download the Utah UDot app for live road conditions and use Wunderground for local weather updates (zip code 84762). Be prepared for snow-covered roads and potential power outages. We require chains and installing them at a safe flat area near the dumpsters before entering the neighborhood.
Snow Removal: During winter, snow removal services will clear the driveway if there are 8 inches or more of snow. You are responsible for clearing snow from the deck and around vour car. A shovel is provided.
Power Outages: In the event of a power outage, the wood stove will be your only source of heat. Please bring your own lighter as guests regularly leave with ours and we cannot guarantee a lighter will be available for you.

Throw out all open food items including condiments.
Trash must be taken to the dumpsters on your way out of town to deter wildlife. Dumpsters are located about 100 yards before True Value on Movie Ranch Rd, on your left side as you head out.
Power off all electronics & turn out lights. Place Rod in sliding door. Press & hold the check mark on the bottom right of keypad to lock front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
