Private: property 420 m2, wildlife garden and trees. Hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, infrared sauna, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 4.2 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 4 km, pebble beach 27 km, concrete beach 27 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 300 m, ice rink 17 km. Nearby attractions: špilja Vrelo 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bajer 3 km.
2-room chalet 85 m2 on 3 levels. Living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 45 - 220 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Heating available only from 01.09. to 31.05. 2 small balconies 4 m2, balcony 6 m2, terrace 12 m2, terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. View of the forest. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Haus super, liebevoll eingerichtet, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Lage schön in der Natur. Leider die Umgebung/Dörfer drumrum sehr langweilig und nicht so schön.

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt. Positiv: Ausstattung top. Küche reichlich ausgestattet, Betten sehr bequem für 4 Personen (gemeinsam in einem Zimmer!). Sauberkeit gut. Wer penibel in alle kleinsten Ecken guckt findet auch was aber wo ist das nicht so? Betten sind sauber, Bad ist sauber. Negativ: Bad zu klein für offene Dusche, nach jedem Duschen alles nass. Haus schon etwas die Jahre gekommen. Wer etwas chickes sucht ist hier falsch. Wir waren hier gut aufgehoben, haben uns wohlgefühlt.
