Las Margaritas Villa pool and game room
Awesome family friendly villa located in gated community with access to large private fishing lake with loading dock.
Villa sleeps 8 easy and comes fully stocked with bedding , linens, dishes, pool and spa.
Pool and spa can be heated for an extra fee $30 per day. Spa is connected to pool heat will need to be purchased to heat spa.
King bed, queen bed, 4 twin beds.
Game room.
WiFi, TVs, close to many stores and restaurants.
Please note must park on allowed side of street or cars will get towed at your expense.
Follow all parking rules and signs.
Grill can be rented for $70 ,,front door area has ring cameras
