Great location walking distance from town. The house is very comfortable. The wifi bandwidth was strong enough that I was able to work remotely, including on-camera video conferencing.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, are all good. The house is probably OK for winter use. The main issue is that in warmer weather, when there is full sun, the house becomes too hot. There is no AC and the picture windows in the main room do not open. The under-floor heating heats and cools slowly. In winter it is probably OK but not suitable for taking the chill off a cool fall night. There is a sun room/greenhouse at the back (leading to the deck). This gets very hot, even with the floor level windows (that work) and door open. The windows in the adjacent main room do not open. The two windows in the kitchen area are not sufficient to vent the room. There are numerous windows and blinds throughout the house that do not work. This might not matter in the winter. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Ski Weekend Getaway

Visited with 8 people (4 couples) for a Breckenridge long ski weekend! The house was perfect for what we needed - super cozy & comfortable. A short (4-5 minute) ride from downtown - would definitely stay here again!

Great ski weekend home!

My friends and I stayed in this property for a 3 day ski trip, and we would happily stay here again. The location was great, about a 5 minute drive to gondolas. The property was very clean, and we had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Family Ski Trip

This place was wonderful and met all our needs. With adult and teen kids there were plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We had a 4wd so the steep drive was no issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We loved the place! It was spacious and inviting. My family loved the hot tub, and we were able to use the kitchen for preparing family meals. The kids were intrigued by all the taxidermy mounted on the walls.
