"The dream home by the lake that leaves nothing to be desired"<br>The modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and many other amenities, leaves virtually nothing to be desired. The living and dining area lets you relax on the couch—complete with a large flat-screen TV, stereo system, a glass of wine, or a collection of games—even when the weather is bad. <br>Our cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the large master bedroom with its comfortable 1.80 m x 2.0 m bed and in the separate bedroom with two 0.9 m x 2.0 m beds. <br>Both bedrooms are lovingly furnished and offer spacious closets in addition to the wonderful lake view. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Relax with us. On the upper floor, between the two bedrooms, there is a quiet bathroom, saving you a long walk at night. In the basement, there is a spacious, modern bathroom. The wonderful walk-in shower and relaxing in the whirlpool are a must for every stay.<br>A cosy outdoor terrace is a must. Here, you can wind down at the end of the day with wine and sausages on beautiful rattan furniture and a grill.<br><br><br>Final cleaning fee of 75€ payable on site.<br>The costs for electricity (0.35€/kWh), water and sewer (6.36€/m³), and gas (0.79€) will be billed based on consumption upon departure and deducted from the security deposit.<br>The security deposit of 150€ will be refunded via bank transfer on-site after the rental period, minus any utility costs.<br>Bed linens 15€; towels 10€—optional and bookable per person per stay<br>Wi-Fi is subject to a fee
