Our apartment, newly renovated in 2019, can accommodate 12 people. The apartment has everything you could want and offers a breathtaking view.

The apartment spans two floors (1st and 2nd floors) and consists of 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 four-bed rooms), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and an additional toilet. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area (dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator) features a dining area and a sofa set with a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Parking is available for 3 cars.



Here on our farm, you can unwind from everyday life and let your mind wander in an idyllic and cosy atmosphere. In the summer, our farm serves as an ideal starting point for many hikes and bike tours in the Kitzbühel Alps. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with your loved ones. In winter, depending on snow conditions, the ski trail runs right past the house with direct access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental, as does the cross-country ski trail. We also provide a ski storage room for your equipment.

Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful, stress-free holiday.



On-site amenities: Spring water from our own mountain spring. Includes plenty of parking spaces in front of the holiday apartment. This holiday apartment offers ski-in/ski-out access when snow conditions (natural snow) are good. Pets are not allowed!This accommodation is not rented to workers!



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
