If you are looking for a place in Seattle for a large group this is the place for you! Rented this property for my daughters UW graduation and was not disappointed. The property has (3) large rooms with a bathroom on the first floor and another large room downstairs with a second full bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out. The driveway is STEEP so if you have any mobility issues this is probably not the place for you but the view is stunning. While in Seattle we also rented a vehicle and we were able to park in front of the driveway each day and had no issues parking. We would for sure stay here again.
