Betrifft meinen Aufenthalt im Sommer 2025 habe bei Duggen als Verwalter den Mangel nach der ersten Nacht angemeldet!Ohne Auftrag des Besitzers kann kein Ersatz bestellt werden. Umbuchung Stornierung Gelderstattung war nicht möglich.Hab die Matraze auf den Fußboden gelegt dadurch das diese durchgelegen waren war dies auch keine Verbesserung! Erneutes Anfragen ob Abhilfe also Austausch von Lattenrost Matratze möglich ist steht noch aus Januar 2026.Markus Harre

Die Wohnung 32 ist ideal für 1 Person. Für 2 Personen könnte es etwas eng werden, vor allem im Küchenbereich und Toilette/Dusche. Das Personal am Empfang ist freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist bestens, Bäcker direkt gegenüber und Gosch liegt direkt auf dem Weg zum Strand. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und ich werde auch, wie seit einigen Jahren, nächstes Jahr wieder in die Villa Anna kommen.
