Punktabzug wegen: Heizungsanlagen nicht selbsterklärend; konnte von mir nicht bedint werden. Kein zuverlässiger TV-Empfang (kein Fernsehvergnügen wegen ständiger Aussätzer). Stark zerkratzte Pfannen (und das bereits 2024). Wenig Platz in den Küchenschränken für Lebensmittel. Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus (keine wöchentliche Reinigung). Keine ausreichenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Hellhöriges Haus, laute Haustür und Kellertür, klappernder Fußabtreter vor dem Haus. Sehr schmale Parkplätze. Kein abgezäunter Garten (ungünstig bei Urlauber mit Hund oder Kleinkind. Fehlende Vorabinformation in Bezug auf Preiserhöhung der Kurtaxe. Erfreuliche Punktegabe: Standort (nicht weit bis zum Strand und dennoch ruhig). Ansehnliches Reeddachhaus. Terrasse mit Gartenbenutzung. Möbel sind gepflegt, ansprechend und zweckmäßig. Internet, zahlreiche Küchengeräte. Ermöglichung der Hundmitnahme. Bequemes Bett. Größe war für mich und Hund gut (jedoch für 4 Personen stelle ich mir das sehr beengt vor).

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder mal sehr gut. Das Wetter perfekt,nette Leute einer der schönsten Strände und tolle Radwege. Es gibt sehr viele gute Gaststätten wo man den Gaumen verwöhnen kann . Wir kommen gern wieder,keine Frage.

Die Wohnung war an sich top hatte alles was man braucht ,für uns 2 erwachsene ein Kind ein Hund war der Platz OK .Das einzige was ich ein Stern abziehe das w-lan hat die 3/4 Zeit nicht getan und wen man in die Wohnung kam ein mieflicher Geruch in der Wohnung war. Aber Ansonsten alles gut .
