Absolutely charming property

We stayed for 4 nights in June - the property is very characterful, and well located for Pollenca which is a lovely town - even if there are quite a few stairs to navigate if you're walking!The small garden and roof terrace are great and the air-conditioning worked well during our stayPilar, the host, was very easy to deal with, and the property was easy to find even if Pollenca is not the easiest town to drive around !! :)

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: The property was a high quality traditional pollenca historical property, but with seclusion whilst remaining close to the old town centre. The property was furnished very tastefully and was very well equipped. The furnishings were very comfortable and the air conditioning system was exceptional. The location ....half way up the Calvari steps was breathtaking. The car parking space was a huge bonus and very close to the property. The host service was one of the very best we have experienced, having travelled far and wide overseas - thank you Pila Cerdar. We thoroughly recommend this property, having visited Pollenca 10 times Cons: We enjoyed everything - our stay was marvellous. We have visited Pollenca many, many times and this property was certainly one of the most enjoyable properties we have stayed at, But above all....the host communication was the very best we have experienced....and the agents holidu were very efficient and professional.

Una casa y un lugar con mucho encanto.

Pros: La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares y esta situada en un lugar privilegiado de Pollença, ideal para descubrir sus encantos y la isla. Cons: Era bastante complicado aparcar en el lugar de aparcamiento.

Tolle Lage!!!

Pros: Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage, die Dachterasse ist ein Traum und die Matrazen sind sehr gut! Der Check-In war problemlos und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Cons: Die StĂŒhle im Essbereich mĂŒssten ausgetauscht werden, sie sind wackelig und nicht mehr sitzsicher.

Tolles Haus

Pros: Das Haus war fĂŒr uns in einer tollen Lage - konnten mit den RennrĂ€dern unsere geplanten Strecken super erreichen! Der Ort ist sehr nett mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht - ein paar HandtĂŒcher mehr wĂ€ren gut! Waren 9 Tage zu viert im Haus und es war fĂŒr jeden ein Duschtuch vorhanden
 zwar wurden sie von uns gewaschen aber aufgrund der feuchten Luft wurden die HandtĂŒcher nie richtig trocken. Der Schriftverkehr mit den Gastgebern war super :) Cons: Leider war das Haus nicht leicht warm zu bekommen - vor allem im Badezimmer war es immer kĂŒhl und es war immer feucht im Haus. Das Check Out ist fĂŒr 10Uhr etwas frĂŒh angesetzt - zwei Stunden spĂ€ter wĂ€re ĂŒberlegenswert!

Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Das Haus ist schön gelegen, direkt an der Treppe Carrer del Calvari im schönen Ort Pollenca. Von den ganzen Besuchern der Treppe bekommt man aber wenig bis kaum was mit. 15 Min mit dem Auto ist man am Hafen Pollenca mit schönem Strand. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he. Die Verkehrsanbindung war super. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr den Alltag brauchte. Sogar an Insektenstecker wurde gedacht. Ich kann dieses Haus bei diesem Vermieter wirklich nur empfehlen. Cons: Leider hörten wir die ersten Tage in der Nacht zu jeder vollen Stunde die Kirchenglocken. Dann hatte man sich dran gewöhnt. Aber dafĂŒr kann ja der Vermieter nichts 😉

Bijzonder mooi en comfortabel huis op een prachtige locatie!

Pros: Het contact met de eigenaar van huis verliep zeer soepel, ze was dan ook onwijs vriendelijk. Ook stuurde ze ons de informatie die we goed konden gebruiken, hierdoor ging alles erg soepel. Ik durf wel te zeggen dat dit appartement de mooiste was van heel Pollenca, we zaten werkelijk op een droom locatie en in de 10 dagen die wij er waren, zijn wel elk moment betoverd door ons geweldige uitzicht. Ook genoten we enorm van onze privé parkeerplaats, deze maakte ons verblijf ontzettend comfortabel. Het appartement had de meest heerlijke banken. De airco werkte altijd super. De keuken was goed uitgerust en de bedden waren groot en comfortabel. Het dakterras was wel echt de kers op de taart, niet normaal prachtig was het uitzicht. Het appartement ontbrak nergens aan. We zijn blij dat we in dit huisje zijn verbleven, en we raden het dan ook zeker aan anderen aan. Cons: Wat voor ons een tegenvaller was is dat er vele mieren liepen in de keuken. (Ondanks dat wij het erg schoon hielden) De badkamer was erg vies en onpraktisch. Je kon niet voorkomen dat na een bad/douche de badkamer erg nat was en moeilijk te drogen. Wij zijn niet de enige die hier moeite mee hadden gezien de zwarte schimmel bij de voegen van het bad en de wastafel. De balustrade van de trap op de eerste verdieping is helemaal open, hierdoor is het niet veilig voor kinderen van 2 tot 7. Dit vonden wij een tegenvaller. We durfde daarom onze dochter van 6 niet alleen op de kamer te laten slapen.

Pros: Det fantastiska lĂ€get vid ”trappan” och den suverĂ€na takterrassen. Köket litet men vĂ€l utrustat och vĂ€l fungerande. Sovrummen och stora badrummet var mycket fina. Att bo i Pollença var perfekt som utgĂ„ngspunkt för att utforska ön. Cons: Trapporna till övervĂ„ningarna var lite knepiga vilket gör att boendet inte Ă€r sĂ„ bra för familjer med smĂ„ barn.

Schönes, stilvolles, ruhiges Haus in bester Lage.

Pros: Sehr schön war dir tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt von der Terrasse aus und die drei weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten im hinteren Garten. Das Haus ist stilvoll und bequem möbliert. Cons: Die kleine KĂŒche mit fast keinen Arbeitsplatz. Die innere Treppe ist sehr gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr Kleinkinder. Der Weg zum Autostellplatz ist etwas mĂŒhsam.
