Relax in the Spa, play a game of pool or stroll down to the Lake only one street away. If boating or lake activities are on the agenda, take advantage of Pleasure Point Marina only a couple blocks away, where you can get a fishing license, rent a speed or pontoon boat, kayaks, canoes, jet skis and numerous other watercraft!
This peaceful mountain cabin is located in Boulder Bay, one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Big Bear Lake. Offering two stories with 2,000 sq. ft. of living space. The entry level is upstairs with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan to attach the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The master bedroom is on this level with a king bed, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom next to the master. Sliding glass doors on both levels provide access to the decks where you can gaze at a peek-a-boo lakeview or enjoy a BBQ on the propane grill. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking necessities, dishwasher and a marble bar-top counter with bar stools for additional seating. The Dining Room offers a dining table to easily seat 8-10 guests. The Living Room is quite spacious offering a wood burning fireplace, TV, ceiling fan and sliding door access to the upper level deck.
The bottom level offers two bedrooms each with a twin over Queen bunk bed.. There is large bathroom with a shower for these bedrooms to share. There is an additional family room/game room with a pool table, Pac-Man game table, sofa sleeper, TV, mini bar, bathroom with a shower and sliding glass doors accessing the lower deck with a full size Spa.
This home provides a laundry area with a washer/dryer, free WiFi, two decks, propane BBQ, Spa, Sledding hill, game room with a pool table & sofa sleeper, lakeview, walking distance to the lake and boat Marina, pet friendly, level parking for 3 cars, accommodates 10 guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NEVER TURN HEAT OFF. This will cause pipes to freeze and burst. If pipes burst due to heat being turned off, you will be responsible for all repairs and damages, which can be very expensive.
Remove all trash from property before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never park on street. Vehicles parked on street will be towed AT VEHICLE OWNER'S EXPENSE. No Spa use 10:00pm - 7:00am. Max people is 10. Max cars 3.
Remove all trash from cabin before you depart. No noise after 10:00 pm. No Smoking/No Parties allowed. Never leave pets unattended in the cabin.
No commercial use or filming. Per City of BBL Ordinance, Violation of rules will result in $500. - $1500. fine, per fine, from Code Enforcement Dept.
