Our stay at this house could not have been better. It has been renovated, very clean, and in a great location. Would highly recommend and I will stay here again.

Beautiful newly renovated house with great location! House was nicely equipped with fully stocked beautiful, large kitchen and a fun separate game room for the kids. Enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, outdoor Amphitheatre, and town. Due to the location it was loud at night. The property itself is small with little space to kick a soccer ball around. The neighborhood was questionable and the house has two walled off parking lots on two sides. But the house is great and nicely decorated and homey. Price was high though - higher than rental houses that I am looking at in Aspen CO.

This was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. It’s recently renovated with great amenities and the location is perfect. Kenneth was extremely responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend this property!
