Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. When you first contacted us regarding the air conditioning, we took your concern seriously and offered the option to leave the property and receive a full refund so you could find accommodations that better suited your needs. At that time, you chose to continue with your reservation. We also explained that, due to Florida’s extreme summer temperatures, a residential air conditioning system is not designed to cool a home down to 50°F, but the system was checked and functioning properly. Regarding the other items mentioned, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We always strive to provide a comfortable and well-equipped home for our guests, and we will review these details to make improvements where needed. We are disappointed that your overall experience was not what you hoped for, especially since we were willing to work with you from the beginning to find a solution. We truly value our guests’ feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible

Host was great, listing could use a few more pics of house from outside showing how close neighbors are but overall was great. Had a few complaints from kids about beds not being comfortable in the room with the kitchen area in it. Great value for the cost. Only thing missing was a notebook with at your fingertips instructions on trash, what to do before check out, etc. Which is just personal preference because that's what we are use to. Thanks for having us! Pool is a great size as well.
