Holiday Home with Private Pool for Large Families, No Overlooking Neighbors

Single-story house of 140 m² with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite shower rooms and toilets. The fourth bedroom has a spacious shower room and a separate toilet. A comfortable sofa bed is located on a large mezzanine office, providing two extra sleeping places.



The house features a small gym, a beautiful terrace with a plancha grill, and a cozy area under a pergola for pleasant summer evenings. Enjoy a private heated pool from May to October. The garden surrounds the house, offering a lovely space for family or friends to relax. There is also a pétanque court outside.



The property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. In the large living-dining area, you will find a TV, a big table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage for longer stays.



Parties (bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, etc.) are not allowed on the property.
