Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the location. The beach was literally right across the street, which made it extremely convenient, and we loved having access to the pool and outdoor seating area. Having two designated parking spaces was also a plus. There were, however, a few maintenance issues that kept the stay from being as enjoyable as it could have been. The front-door locking mechanism was confusing and did not seem to function properly. At times, we believed the door was locked only to realize that it was not, which was concerning. The outdoor shower also needs repairs and general maintenance. Overall, we expected the property to be in somewhat better condition based on the listing. That said, the location is definitely the property’s strongest feature. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. With some attention to the maintenance issues—particularly the door and outdoor shower—this could be a very nice place to stay.
