Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Full bed

Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed + twin-over-full bunk bed

Bedroom 4: 8 twin beds—perfect for kids, teens, or large groups

Sleeper sofa couch available in lofted space

- Game room in the basement featuring a pool table and air hockey, ping pong table located in the garage (not heated), and a poker table can be found in the second floor office nook.

Guest access
Guests has access to the whole home, minus the locked owner's closet and cleaning closet. The outdoor shed contains the owner's personal belonging and is locked as well.

There is a fourth bedroom that is locked, but it is available to add onto your stay for an additional fee. It contains 8 twin beds- allowing the guest count to reach up to 17!

Other things to note

Guests are responsible for trash removal:
The dump accepts CLEAR BAGS ONLY, which we provide. Please bring your trash to the dump which is only 5 minutes down the road, behind McDonald’s, at 72 Recycle Rd, Lincoln, NH 03251. If you use OTHER trash bags please take them home for proper disposal. Please place plastic and glass in the green recycle bin located in the garage. Failure to do so will result in an additional $100 charge. Thank you for complying!

There is currently NO grill on site for guest use.

There is one Smart TV in the basement that guests are welcomed to log into their own streaming services on.
