Other Notes: This is a 2nd floor apartment attached to our house, with a separate outside entrance and a separate staircase. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. We provide bottled water, coffee maker (with coffee), snacks, and games for kids.

I had a good stay, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host's communication was okay, but he forgot to mention how to set the keypad to lock the outside door and it was not in the check-in documents. When I accidentally locked myself out, he was not home and a housekeeper let me back in. That's when I learned there is a large dog on the property.The host made up for the confusion by, on day four, showing me how to set the washer/ dryer and offering to order me some groceries. He even picked a fresh cucumber from the backyard garden for me.The place was fine for an adult traveler, but it may be more difficult for a stay more than a day or two with children, as there are dishes but no bowls, no plastic cups, no toaster, and no dishwasher. There were some child- friendly board games. The AC was extremely loud. That was my experience, anyway. I didn't use the TV because the description said all it got was Amazon Prime for which I don't have an account.

Rebecca was a very nice, respectful guest that we would rent to again. A few comments about her review: *We haven't had any issues with our lock with any of our other guests, but she is correct that we could have been more clear about how to lock the door when a guest leaves. We will update our house rules. She is correct that I was not home when she locked herself out ( I was working at my office), but I rushed home to make sure she could get back in. When I returned (30 minutes later), our housekeeper had let her back in. *We do not have a large dog on our property. Moxie is a very docile, extremely sweet 40 pound labradoodle that is quite friendly to everyone. Our dog is always kept inside the main house away from guests in case they have issues with dogs of any size. Ms. Morton did not interact with Moxie at all (we are happy to send photos of our dog - we have many!) *In our house rules and in the photos of our property's wet bar, it's very clear what is available to guests. We have a sink, coffee/tea station, a refrigerator, and a microwave. We do not have a dishwasher or a toaster. *We consistently reach out to guests during their stays to inquire if they need anything. We would have been happy to provide bowls and plastic cups to Ms. Morton if she had asked. We do provide plates, mugs, snacks, coffee and tea.

My family and I can't say enough good things about our stay. The apartment was exactly as described -- comfortable, pristine, and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is wonderful -- great for walks, and very convenient to downtown Princeton.Gary was a wonderful host -- respectful, accommodating, considerate, and kind. He went out of his way to ensure that my family had everything we needed to make the most of our stay.10/10 recommend.

This property is everything it advertises. It's near to town, but on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are kind and attentive to ensure a pleasant stay! It's clean and well kept, and offers a private entrance. I highly recommend this property, location, and hosts!!!
