This peaceful retreat offers a terrific space to relax after a day of exploring. This house is close to all the places you want to visit! Within 5 minutes get to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor 7 falls, Broadmoor World Arena, Broadmoor hotel, and downtown Colorado Springs filled with dazzling restaurants to try above and below ground. 10 minutes you can go to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs including the incline, Cave of the winds. 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and to the Cog Railway that takes you to the TOP of Pikes Peak! Equipped with outdoor seating and a grill to enjoy the fresh air outside! Book now and enjoy everything this delightful house has to offer. Additional details: the yard is not fully fenced.
