For exclusive use: spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace on the ground floor, a large, brand-new luxury open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, the guest room on the second floor with a 100x200 bed, plus an air mattress for one additional person or two children, a bathroom with a bathtub on the second floor, and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The large, covered veranda allows for outdoor dining even during summer thunderstorms, and a large barbecue grill is available for fun family barbecues.
