Welcome to Villa Del Mar 402, a charming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condominium perfectly situated mid-island on Fort Myers Beach. With its direct Gulf views and inviting atmosphere, this condo offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience for your next coastal escape.

Step inside and you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for yourself and your guests and a Dining Table for 4 to enjoy. The living room features a large, comfortable couch (sleeper sofa for overnight guests), two recliners, and a flat-screen TV with antenna, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day in the sun. Just beyond, the huge screened-in lanai provides sweeping, gorgeous views of the Gulf. Furnished with a table for four and additional seating, it’s an ideal spot for dining al fresco or simply enjoying the sea breeze. Best of all, the lanai offers a front row seat to our world famous sunsets!

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, its own Roku TV, and direct access to the lanai, making it a private retreat within the condo. Imagine waking up to an amazing Gulf view!

The main Full Bath accessed from the Master Bedroom features a large vanity and sink, toilet and shower-tub combination, while the additional Half Bath with sink and toilet adds extra convenience during your stay. The Half Bath accessed from the hallway also has access to the shower-tub combination.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. In unit Wifi, building elevators, on-site Laundry facilities and ample on-site parking are for your convenience. This condo also has an assigned covered parking spot. PLEASE NOTE: The TVs are either Roku or antenna. No cable TV.

Downstairs, a sparkling pool awaits right on the beach, offering the perfect place to cool off while still enjoying the sand and surf. With miles of sugar-white sand stretching out in your backyard, Villa Del Mar 402 places you at the heart of everything that makes Fort Myers Beach so special. There are Tiki huts for picnics by the beach, BBQ Grills, and a sundeck with lounge chairs to relax by the pool.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open and right across the street from Villa Del Mar, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
