The Space:

This modern cabin features an open-concept layout with soaring ceilings, large windows, and warm wood accents throughout. The living area offers cozy seating and a relaxing atmosphere, flowing directly into the fully stocked kitchen and dining space with all the appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals together.



The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed and peaceful wooded views. Upstairs, the cabin includes two separate loft spaces, making it a great setup for couples or families with kids. One loft features a queen bed accessed by a ladder, while the second loft includes four twin beds and is accessed by stairs.



The spacious bathroom includes upscale finishes and custom tile work, creating a spa-like feel after a day exploring the Gorge.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large covered deck, private hot tub, outdoor seating, and a fire pit surrounded by peaceful forest views. The cabin sits on a secluded wooded lot, offering privacy while still being conveniently located near Red River Gorge hiking trails, climbing areas, restaurants, and attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire cabin and surrounding property during their stay, including the hot tub, fire pit, deck spaces, and all indoor living areas. Self check-in is provided for a smooth and convenient arrival experience.



Please note that one loft is accessed by a ladder and the second loft is accessed by stairs, so guests should use caution when accessing these sleeping areas. The cabin is tucked into a wooded setting, offering a peaceful and secluded feel while still being within driving distance of Red River Gorge attractions, hiking trails, climbing areas, and local restaurants.

Located in the peaceful Firefly Development near Red River Gorge, this cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Surrounded by beautiful wooded scenery and rolling hills, guests can enjoy a quiet retreat while still being just a short drive from some of the area’s best hiking trails, climbing routes, scenic overlooks, local restaurants, and outdoor adventures.

Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or simply relax in nature, this location provides a perfect home base for your stay.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the Red River Gorge area, as most attractions, trailheads, restaurants, and grocery stores are spread throughout the region. The cabin is easily accessible by car and located within a short drive of many popular hiking trails, climbing areas, and local favorites throughout the Gorge.



As with many properties in the area, roads can be narrow, winding, and hilly at times. Guests visiting during winter weather should be prepared for changing road conditions and may want AWD or 4WD if snow or ice is expected



Other Things to Note:

Each cabin is unique in the items and amenities it offers, however, RRG Getaways provides the following starter supplies at all cabins: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Once these starter supplies are used, any additional items needed will be the guest’s responsibility to provide.



We do not supply perishable or consumable cooking items including coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, oil, or similar products.



Additional cabin notes:



* The water is fine for cooking or bathing, but not 100% potable. Guests are asked to bring their own drinking water.

* The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker. Please bring coffee grounds.

* The grill is a charcoal grill. Guests will need to provide charcoal.

* Pets are allowed with a flat $50 pet fee for up to two pets. Please be sure to add pets to your reservation or reach out to us for assistance.

* Private parking is available at the cabin.

* There are steep gravel roads leading up to this cabin, AWD or 4x4 is suggested, but a 2wd car and a confident driver can make it.

* This cabin is located in a neighborhood with nearby cabins.

* Toiletries including shampoo, and body wash are provided.
